Large Group Reservations and Private Party Guidelines
Riley’s Restaurant is honored to be part of your special occasion. We want to make your event a happy and memorable time for everyone involved. Below is a list of frequently asked questions that will help in planning your event.

All arrangements in the Springdale Room at Riley’s Restaurant are subject to management approval. Details will be handled by Gloria Riley or a member of the management team.
Large group reservations can be booked at anytime; however Private Parties will only be booked at times which do not interfere with Riley’s normal business patterns and do not conflict with any events/reservations already confirmed. For example: Afternoon events on Sunday may begin at 2:00 p.m. and last until 4:30 p.m. Rehearsal dinners may begin at 7:45 p.m. on Friday evenings. The restaurant closes at 9:00 p.m. If your event extends past 9:30 p.m., you will be changed $60 for each additional half hour. If you want to book a private luncheon or dinner with a guaranteed attendance of 50 or more people and net sales of $600, we can book your event during “prime time” hours.
Private parties must reach at least $400 in net food and beverage sales (not including tax and gratuity). Private events on a Friday or Saturday evening after 5 or Sunday before 2 p.m., must reach at least $600 in net food and beverage sales. If the minimum is not met, a room fee will be charged for the difference between net sales and the minimum sales. Some events are subject to a room fee in addition to the minimum sales. If you want to book a private luncheon or dinner with a guaranteed attendance of 50 or more guests and net sales of $600, we can book your event during “prime time” hours.
All private parties require a $50 deposit to confirm the reservation. Deposits will be applied toward the room fee. If the event is cancelled, you will lose your deposit, unless the room is rebooked for the same date and time by another party.
Payment may be handled by one person or we can arrange for separate checks.
Most events can order directly off the Riley’s menu. If you have a group of 25 or more, Riley’s will set up a customized limited menu for your event. The menu will be printed and available for the guests, so they may choose their meal at the time of the event. Sample menus are available for you to review. We can customize any type of menu to suit your needs.
If you have booked the Springdale Room for a private party, we are happy to help you arrange the room to best suit your occasion. This is not possible with large groups as the room may be reserved and used by more than one group at a time. Also, due to the configuration of the Springdale Room, large groups may have to be seated at different tables depending on the number of people attending the event. Please discuss this with a member of the management team before so that seating options may be discussed.
All decorations are subject to management approval. We do not allow anything to be attached to the ceiling or the walls. Balloons are permitted if they are anchored. All food, including birthday cakes, must be purchased through Riley’s.
We are unable to honor any Great Meals Rewards, coupons or discounts on large group reservations or private parties. An 18% gratuity will be added to the guest check(s), along with 6.5% sales tax.
Please provide us with a final guest count at least 48 hours prior to your event.
If you are hosting a private function, Riley’s does have audio visual aids available for your event, including a screen and projector. We also have Wi-Fi for your convenience.
